• We have a variety of Products suiting the requirements of everyone. You can select the tour as per your preference.
  Once you select a Tour and agreed upon the Terms and Conditions, You can book the package online. Guests who are unable to book online, can deposit clearing cheques in any of our Bank Accounts

• What happens after you book?

• Receive Holiday confirmation voucher within 24 hours.
• Review travel dates, destination etc in confirmation voucher.
• In case of discrepancy mail us / call us with your Booking ID at

Payment Structure & Bank details

To confirm your tour package booking, we require the following payment structure:

1. Booking Confirmation Deposit:
   50% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking.

2. Remaining Balance:
   The remaining 50% of the total package cost should be paid 30 days before the departure date.

Please note: In case of cancellation, the applicable cancellation charges will apply as per our cancellation policy.

Once the payment is received, our team will send you the confirmation and itinerary details for your tour.

Documentation

To proceed with your tour package booking, we kindly request the following documents:

Valid Passport (For International Bookings Only)

Aadhar Card (For Domestic Bookings Only)

Once we receive these documents, our team will proceed with finalizing your booking and preparing everything for your smooth travel experience.

Cancellation Policy & Charges

Cancellation Charges:

• Prior to 21 days from the date of departure: Only the Non-Refundable Booking Deposit will be charged.
• 21 days or less from the date of departure: 100% of the total holiday cost will be charged.

The services booked for this tour are secured well in advance, and any cancellations can result in financial losses for the company due to commitments with the service providers. As such, cancellation of any tour or services will incur charges as detailed above.

If you book a third-party product or service (e.g., flights, special activities, or third-party accommodations), their respective Terms and Conditions and cancellation policies will apply in addition to our company’s terms.

For any cancellation requests, we require a written notice clearly outlining the reasons for cancellation. By booking the package, you expressly agree to these terms.

Tour Cancellation by nadodigal.com:

The company reserves the right to cancel any tour or service prior to departure, without providing a specific reason. In such an event, All payments made by you will be fully refunded in Indian Rupees. However, no additional compensation will be provided. The company will not be liable for any costs or fees relating to air tickets or other arrangements made outside of the services offered by nadodigal.com.

Important Notes:

• This cancellation policy is general and may be subject to change depending on the travel date, destination, package specifics, and services booked.
• For Dynamic properties or Reconfirmed Bookings, this cancellation policy may not apply and could differ.

Refund policy

Refund Process:

Refunds, if applicable, for amendments or cancellations will be processed directly to you, the customer, for bookings made through Nadodigal.com. Kindly note that it may take up to 30 business days to process your refund request.

Important Notes Regarding Refunds:

1. Unutilized or Partially Utilized Services:
   No refunds will be provided for any unutilized or partially utilized services, including but not limited to airline tickets, meals, entrance fees, optional tours, hotel bookings, sightseeing, non-refundable services, etc..

2. Refunds for Foreign Currency Payments:
   If the tour payments were made in foreign currency, the refund will be processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only, at the prevailing exchange rate of the Company on the date of refund, as per the Reserve Bank of India’s rules and regulations.

3. Third-Party Services:
   If the tour package includes third-party services such as airlines, cruises, or overseas suppliers, the refund process may take 30 to 90 business days. The timeline will depend on the third party’s refund policies, and you must provide any necessary supporting documentation to facilitate the process.

4. Cancellation by Nadodigal.com:
   If the tour is cancelled by the Company, all amounts paid will be refunded, after considering actual expenses incurred for services such as visas, booking fees, etc.. No further compensation will be payable.

5. Booking Amount:
   Please note that the booking amount is non-refundable. Full payment must be made in accordance with the payment procedure. In case of non-compliance with the payment terms, Nadodigal.com reserves the right to cancel your booking. In such cases, the booking amount will be forfeited in favour of the Company. Additionally, if there is a shortfall in payment, we reserve the right to recover the remaining amount as cancellation charges.

Terms & Conditions

Customizable Packages:
All tour packages offered by Nadodigal Travel Planners are customizable, except for those marked as Fixed Departures. Customizations will be subject to availability and agreement between both parties.

Written Communication:
Guests are requested to have all discussions in writing. Verbal communications will not be entertained.

Tour Customization:
The packages offered can be customized according to the guest’s preferences. Our team will work with you to ensure the itinerary fits your needs.

Changes to the Tour:
To ensure smooth services, the company reserves the right to make alterations in the tour itinerary. Reasons for changes may include acts of God, technical issues, government policies, service-related issues, or any other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly of any changes.

Booking Confirmation:
The package will not be considered confirmed until the advance payment has been received by us. Full payment must be made as per the agreed payment structure.

Travel Date Confirmation (DND Packages):
For packages with DND (Date Not Decided), the travel dates should be confirmed within 3 months from the invoice issuance date. Any delay in confirmation may lead to inconveniences.

Delays:
Delays in providing required documentation, payments, or confirmations may cause certain inconveniences related to the package or services.

Upgrades and Special Offers:
To enhance your travel experience, Nadodigal.com may provide special offers, including upgraded hotels, room categories, or vehicle types. No additional charges will be levied for such upgrades, and the exciting updates will be shared with you before or during the trip.
